Book sculpture: study by JOLT-the-dragon Book sculpture: study by JOLT-the-dragon
loved doing this, it was so much fun. I did a book sculpture all the way back in art III, then it was just an ill-shaped genie coming out of a lamp. I decided to do a room for my book sculpture, a study specifically. I really enjoyed making the small details, the lamp, the plant, the mug full of pens, the globe, the pictures, the small dragon sculpture (left shelf, top left). one really cool thing in my opinion is that every single book in the sculptue is openable and has pages, there are 84 in all. I toyed with the idea of painting it for awhile, but then decided that it would look better without paint. this is probably my favorite sculpture yet.
not in the most conversational of moods, so i'll end it here
what do you thik about it?

ahem It's very well done and I like the small details such as the globe, lamp, and pencils or pens about how ig is the globe?and you have a mini dragon sculpture in there and I'm guessing this study belongs to a war vet with the helmet and medal wow you out did your self
